How We Manufacture Custom Pet Products
A controlled workflow moves each order from PVC / TPU and hardware preparation through cutting, sewing, assembly, inspection, testing and private-label packing.

Materials & Hardware Preparation
PVC / TPU coated webbing, textile webbing, buckles, hooks and D-rings are prepared against the approved specification.

Cutting, Punching & Sewing
Straps are cut and punched to consistent dimensions while textile components are sewn to the confirmed construction.

Assembly & Hardware Fitting
Collars, leashes and harnesses are assembled and fitted with hardware according to the approved sample.

Quality Control & Testing
Dimensions, stitching, hardware function, appearance and product strength are checked before packing.

Private-Label Packing
Logos, labels, barcodes and packaging are reviewed before export cartons are prepared for shipment.
