The main body is constructed from padded spacer fabric, also commonly described as space cotton, with shaped panels, bound edges, and reinforced stitching. High-density polyester webbing is used through the adjustable and load-bearing sections.

The harness includes polymer quick-release buckles, color-matched webbing adjusters, and coordinated attachment rings. Hardware color, webbing width, ring finish, buckle configuration, padding thickness, and stitching can be adjusted according to approved OEM specifications.

OEM and ODM development is available for pet brands, wholesalers, importers, distributors, and private label buyers.

Standard-product samples and customized development samples can be arranged before bulk production. Sample preparation time depends on material availability and whether new colors, branding, hardware, or packaging must be developed.

Bulk production lead time is confirmed after approval of the sample, size chart, color standard, logo placement, packaging artwork, and order quantity. Delivery can be arranged by courier, air freight, sea freight, rail, or the buyer’s nominated freight forwarder.
