The main body is constructed from padded spacer textile, with a smooth outer surface, bound edges, and reinforced stitching. High-density polyester webbing is used throughout the adjustable and load-bearing sections.

The harness includes polymer quick-release buckles, molded webbing adjusters, and color-coated metal D-rings positioned at the front and back. Hardware finish, ring color, webbing width, buckle configuration, padding thickness, and stitching specifications can be adjusted according to approved OEM requirements.

Standard samples and customized development samples can be arranged before bulk production. Sample preparation time depends on material availability and whether custom colors, branding, hardware, sizing, or packaging are required.

Bulk production lead time is confirmed after approval of the pre-production sample, size chart, color standard, logo placement, packaging artwork, and order quantity. Orders can be shipped by courier, air freight, sea freight, rail, or through the buyer’s nominated freight forwarder.
