The main body is made from padded spacer fabric, also commonly described as space cotton, with shaped edges and reinforced stitching. Black polyester webbing is used through the primary adjustment and load-bearing sections to provide dimensional stability and reliable fit adjustment.

The harness is fitted with engineering-plastic quick-release buckles and webbing adjusters, together with orange-coated attachment rings. Hardware color, webbing width, body padding, stitching, ring finish, and buckle configuration may be adjusted for qualified OEM and ODM programs.

OEM and ODM development is available for pet brands, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and private label buyers.

Existing-product samples and customized development samples can be arranged before bulk production. Sample preparation time depends on whether standard materials are used or new colors, logos, hardware, and packaging need to be developed.

Bulk lead time is confirmed after approval of the final sample, size specification, packaging artwork, and order details. Shipment can be arranged by courier, air freight, sea freight, rail, or the buyer’s nominated freight forwarder.
