KM Pet Supply mainly provides B2B wholesale, OEM, and ODM pet products. Most orders are produced according to confirmed specifications, including product style, material, color, size, logo, packaging, and order quantity.

For this reason, customized products, private label products, logo-printed products, approved samples, and confirmed bulk production orders are generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or quality issue caused by our production.

If you receive products with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods. Please provide your order details, photos, videos, and a clear description of the issue. Our team will review the case and provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement, repair, credit for future orders, or other mutually agreed solutions.

Returns caused by customer-side reasons, including incorrect confirmed specifications, wrong logo files, wrong shipping information, change of mind, or market changes, are not accepted after production has started.

Sample orders are provided for product evaluation and confirmation before bulk production. Sample fees and shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
