KM Pet Supply mainly serves B2B wholesale, OEM, ODM, and private label customers. Shipping arrangements are confirmed based on the order quantity, destination country, product type, packaging volume, and customer requirements.
- Shipping Methods
We can support different shipping methods depending on the order:
- Express delivery for samples or small orders
- Air freight for urgent orders
- Sea freight for bulk orders
- Freight forwarder pickup
- Other shipping methods agreed with the customer
Final shipping method and freight cost will be confirmed before shipment.
- Sample Shipping
Sample orders are usually shipped by international express courier. Shipping fees for samples are normally paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. The exact delivery time depends on the destination country and courier service.
- Bulk Order Shipping
For bulk production orders, shipping terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, or other agreed trade terms can be discussed based on the customer’s needs. Freight costs, customs duties, import taxes, local charges, and destination fees are not included unless clearly stated in the quotation.
- Production Lead Time
Production lead time depends on product type, order quantity, material availability, customization details, packaging requirements, and production schedule. The estimated lead time will be confirmed before order production.
- Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on shipping method, destination, customs clearance, holidays, weather, logistics delays, and other factors outside our control. Any delivery time provided is an estimate and not a guaranteed arrival date unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for import duties, customs clearance, taxes, local fees, and compliance with local import regulations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Shipping Damage or Missing Goods
If the goods are damaged or missing during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with photos, videos, shipping documents, and order details. We will assist in reviewing the issue with the logistics provider where applicable.
